After meeting your team and learning the scope of your events during a discovery call, we provide pricing based on volume of tickets issued and the complexity of custom work required.

Can we brand Picatic?

Yes! This is precisely what we offer with extended white labelling. We give you the ability to brand Picatic across the ticketing experience with your own branding.

How do you process payments?

Picatic exclusively processes payments with Stripe which accepts all major credit cards. Stripe is a turnkey, fully white labelled payment processor that pays out fast, direct deposit within 7 days of purchase. You have full control of the Stripe dashboard as a Picatic organizer.

Do you offer high volume discounts?

When do I get paid?

With Stripe, you will receive your funds on a 7-day rolling basis (2-day in the US), as successful transactions are made.
