Description
This event will bring together flax researchers stakeholders from across Canada to discuss emerging issues and opportunities in the flax sector. It will highlight progress related to Genome Prairie's Total Utilization Flax Genomics (TUFGEN) project, and will also provide an opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities affecting the sector. More specifically, this event will serve as a venue to explore science and innovation in flax, with an emphasis on genomics.
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Mount Royal Hotel for $99/night. The hotel is located at 138 Banff Avenue, just a short walking distance from The Banff Centre for those partaking in the Prairie Grain Development Committee meetings. To take advantage of this special hotel arrangement, please call the hotel at 1-877-442-2623 and mention Genome Prairie.
