Ken Wong, Associate Professor, Queeen's School of Business Ken Wong is a professor of business at Queen's University. He is also co-author of Canada's largest-selling introductory marketing text - Basic Marketing and is a frequent speaker, facilitator and consultant to some of the top Canadian 500 companies. He has served as strategic advisor to the Ontario Ministry of Education and Trainging on various local, provincial and federal government task forces. He has a regular monthly column ("FourThought") in Marketing Magazine and has written for the Financial Post and the National Post. In Ken's view, most companies do not achieve the level of profitability they could, even during time of gowing sales revenue.
