This great fitness class will not only get you moving but teach you great lating moves you can use on any dance floor!
Fitness is the prime aspect of this class and you will work to not only boost your cardio but work a lot of essential muscle groups, including:
Your Abs,
Your Glutes,
Your Thighs,
Your Bi-s
Your Tri-s
and everything in between.
This is a complete workout to help you work off those extra pounds while having a great time doing what we all love - dancing!
$65 for a block of 4 or $120 for a block of 8

Located in the heart of the Historic Distillery we are just off of the main courtyard, located across from Balzac's Cafe and above Tappo Wine Bar. The entrance is from the south side of the parking lot and identified as "The Stone Distillery" Take the elevator to the second floor and we are just on your right hand side.
