Yoga is a unique way for any teenager to really tap into their inner power. Not only will they connect to their physical strength and capability - channeling that energy in a positive direction - but yoga will offer them the opportunity unplug with the practices of mindfulness and concentration - a welcome contrast to an often chaotic world. Class is led by Reno, aka Ryan Muentz, yogi extrodinaire and ex-DJ. Uplifting music is guaranteed!

Classes and workshops at The Refinery are offered by professional artists, accredited teachers and experienced facilitators. We partner with people who aspire to quality in their craft and integrity in their character. The instructors are responsible for their presentation and curriculum and together, we work to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for you to experience and grow.

The Refinery is located on the corner of 12th Street and Dufferin beside St. James' Church - in The Broadway Area.
