The Jivamukti Yoga method is a physically and intellectually stimulating practice leading to spiritual awareness. It is one of nine internationally recognized styles of Hatha Yoga. Jivamukti Open, for intermediate and advanced levels, is a magical flow of standing poses, seated postures, inversions, backbends and relaxation practiced in a constantly changing sequence to keep it fresh and lively.
Yoga Classes at The Refinery are coordinated by Jan Henrikson of Sacred Ground Yoga.

Classes and workshops at The Refinery are offered by professional artists, accredited teachers and experienced facilitators. The Refinery is located on the corner of 12th Street and Dufferin beside St. James' Church - in The Broadway Area.
