with Marni Yoga is a unique way for growing kids to express themselves through their body and their creative mind. Yoga teaches active young ones to use their strength and move like they want to, connecting to their true nature in a nurturing, mindful, non-competitive way. Yoga classes at The Refinery are coordinated by Jen Henrikson of Sacred Ground Yoga. |
