Yoga is a unique way for growing kids to express themselves through their body and their creative mind. Yoga teaches active young ones to use their strength and move like they want to, connecting to their true nature in a nurturing, mindful, non-competitive way.
Yoga classes at The Refinery are coordinated by Jen Henrikson of Sacred Ground Yoga.

Classes and workshops at The Refinery are offered by professional artists, accredited teachers and experienced facilitators. We partner with people who aspire to quality in their craft and integrity in their character. The instructors are responsible for their presentation and curriculum and together, we work to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for you to experience and grow.
The Refinery is located on the corner of 12th Street and Dufferin beside St. James' Church - in The Broadway Area.
