Jennifer Keane The practice of mindfulness can be transformative for both emotional and physical issues. Jennifer, a clinical counsellor, has developed this program of focused practice to include meditation, support for establishing a daily practice (incl. CDs and handouts), inquiry exercises to enhance awareness, discussion and home assignments. Jennifer Keane is a member of the Saskatoon Buddhist Insight meditation community, and has practiced meditation for over 15 years. Jennifer is also a therapist in private practice. |
