Based on the Alexander Technique, Mitzvah is a unique form of fitness and health - an analysis of the body in motion. Reduce physical tension, stress, and chronic pain and injury. Learn how to release and align your neuromuscular and skeletal systems for improved posture and mobility. These easy to learn exercises enhance other exercise and are designed for all ages and fitness levels.
