Welcome to Picatic E-tickets. The following are the Terms of Use that govern use of the Picatic.com and Picatic.ca web sites (collectively, the "Picatic"). By using or visiting the Picatic, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and and all applicable laws and regulations. Picatic.com and Picatic.ca web sites reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, such changes being effective immediately. If you violate these Terms, Picatic may terminate your use of Picatic, cancel your ticket order or tickets you receive through Picatic and take legal action against you.

Permitted Use 
You agree that you will only use Picatic for your own personal use and that you will not modify and/or re-distribute any material of Picatic unless otherwise specifically authorized by Picatic to do so. 

Ticket Purchase Policy 
Please review the Purchase Policy, which will governs your order or purchase of any tickets through Picatic. 

User Contributions to the Site 
Picatic may provide you with opportunities to contribute to Picatic’s website (hereinafter referred to as "User Content").  Picatic will not be held liable for the illegal or prohibited content that User’s post on its website.  The contributions of Users do not necessarily represent the view or opinions of Picatic. If you discover what you consider to be offensive User Content on Picatic, please notify us at info@picatic.com. We will investigate your claim and may then take the actions deemed appropriate. 

Prohibited Content 
Picatic reserves the right to remove any User Content which Picatic deems, in its sole discretion, to be undesirable or offensive. 

Commercial Use 
Picatic reserves the right to remove and bar access to any user which Picatic deems, in its sole discretion, to be utilizing its services for an unauthorized commercial purpose.  Unauthorized commercial uses of Picatic, include, but are not limited to, illegal ticket sales and any unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated process on Picatic.

PrivacyPolicy
We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important and have adhere to our Privacy Policy.  Picatic will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or disclosure of your contact information, or financial information, by a third party to whom Picatic is allowed to disclose your contact information through the purchase of online tickets.

Copyright Policy
We will terminate the privileges of any user who uses Picatic to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material.  Picatic, in its sole discretion, may terminate any user's rights to use or access Picatic if it believes that an alleged infringement has occurred.

Disclaimers 

Picatic cannot and does not promise that Picatic will be error-free.  Picatic cannot ensure that all files you download from Picatic will be virus free or free from contamination and/or destructive features. Picatic will not be held liable for the acts or omissions of any third parties who use its website in connection with its services.  Picatic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable to its users for any damages of any kind. It is the promoter's responsibility to contact ticket purchasers if there is a problem with an event.  As agent, picatic must adhere to the promoter's exchange and refund policy. Picatic's services are limited to providing e-tickets & receipts and forwarding payment to the promoter.  Any other service or product does not involve picatic and shall be dealt with directly between the promoter & ticket purchaser. Should the promoter allow tickets to be valid for a deferred date, all previous tickets are deemed to be new tickets for the deferred date without refund.  Should the promoter instruct Picatic to refund tickets sold through Picatic, Picatic will provide such refunds as soon as possible.  All refunds are subject to a $300.00 CND or 7% processing fee and will only be provided to the person who made the payment. Picatic users acknowledge and agree that any disputes with Picatic are governed by the Laws of Saskatchewan and any legal action shall be commenced in the judical centre of Saskatoon.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may report the misconduct of users and/or third party advertisers, service and/or product providers referenced on or included in Picatic to Picatic at info@picatic.com. Picatic may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, in its sole discretion. 

Limited on Liability

In no event will Picatic be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or business opportunities, even if Picatic has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Disputes 
If you have a dispute and your dispute involves an event (or a ticket for an event) the dispute will be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan without regard to its conflict of law provisions and you consent to personal jurisdiction, and agree to bring all actions, exclusively in courts located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. If you have a dispute regarding Picatic but not regarding an event (and not regarding a ticket for an event), then the dispute will be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan without regard to its conflict of law provisions and you consent to personal jurisdiction, and agree to bring all actions, exclusively in courts located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. 

Indemnity 
You agree to indemnify and hold Picatic and its affiliates, and each of Picatic's and its affiliates' respective officers, agents, employees, contractors and principals, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Picatic, including also your use of Picatic to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
