Picatic streamlines productivity by instantly providing ticket buyers with a printable e-ticket with a confirmation number. The Event Management Software will account for each sold ticket and add them to ledger, which can be accessed at anytime by the promoter. Another great feature with picatic is that there are no downloads. The software is built into the site. Once a promoter has set up an account, he/she is provided full access to their account. This promoter can manage as well as customize their accounts. Promoters can add poll questions, pictures, details, directions, choose their own URLs, change pricing, change passwords, link personal URL's, add logos, upgrade accounts and much more. On the date of the event, simply print off the alphabetical Master List from the control panel and at the event match the names and/or confirmation number to this master list.
Valuable Data accessibility for Promoters
Picatic's software allows promoters to e-mail their guest/attendees with updates. Promoters can inform ticket buyers of changes, amendments or modifications to their events. In addition, promoters can view ticket buyer names. Such information can be used to make nametags, personalized gifts bags or seating charts and much more.
Income
Unlike other ticket outlet operations picatic does not charge the promoter a percentage to use our system. Instead, a service charge is added directly into the ticket price. For example: a $15.00 ticket actually cost approximately 17.25 + Tax. The promoter will be forwarded the full $15.00 plus the taxes collected on their behalf and the service charge (in this example, $2.25) will be paid to Picatic.
Payouts
Promoter payouts are made no later then 10 days after the accounting has been confirmed and once the event date has past. Picatic will contact the promoter with a detailed ledger. Once the promoter has checked over the information and concurs that the numbers and information is current and correct, they will then sign and fax back all documents to Picatic. At that point Picatic will release all monies to the promoter.
$1.00 CDN charge on all ticket plus a 9%(or lower) banking fee + GST.
The banking fee is inversely proportional to the ticket price.
The higher the ticket price the lower the percentage.
