With a FREE Picatic Membership Account, you can set-up as many events as you would like. Once signed up you will be provided with a confirmation email to welcome you to our membership. This email contains an auto generated username and password.

Your Account
A great feature with Picatic is that there are no downloads. The software is built into the site. Simply logging into your account will allow you to create events as well as customize your account. You may add poll questions, pictures, edit details, provide directions, choose URLs, change pricing, change passwords, link personal URL's, add logos, upgrade accounts and much more. On the date of the event, simply print off the ‘gateway list’ from the control panel and at the event match the names and confirmation number to this master list.  

Payouts
Promoter payouts are made no later then 10 days after the accounting has been confirmed and once the event date has past. Picatic will contact the promoter with a detailed ledger. Once the promoter has confirmed the information and concurs that the numbers and information is accurate and correct, Picatic will release all of the money to the promoter.

Costs
Picatic is the most affordable E-Ticket service on the Web!  

$1.00 CDN or USD charge on all ticket plus a 9% (or lower) banking fee + tax. The banking fee is inversely proportional to the ticket price. The higher the ticket price the lower the percentage. Our software comes with a Ticket-Price Calculator to help you convert to your Picatic E-Ticket price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
